Our clinical and molecular testing laboratory is the only laboratory in Puerto Rico directed by a pathologist with a fellowship in Molecular Genetic Pathology. Dr. Keila Rivera Román is board certified in clinical and anatomic pathology.

Our team of medical technologists is trained and specialized in the most innovative clinical laboratory techniques and molecular genetics. Each sample is worked with the highest precision and excellence.

This division has a large team of couriers for sample collection and results delivery. We cover all routes throughout the island.

Senate Bill 671 was signed into law, thus allowing patients to have access to the following laboratory tests without the need for a physician’s order, as long as the patient can afford the test(s). This bill’s main purpose is to expand patient’s rights and allows the discretionary freedom to require the services of a clinical laboratory at any time, as long as the patient can afford the cost of the test(s) to be performed with his or her money, without the need for a physician’s order.
